If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered please contact us via email at support@fayrey.com and we will help you with your return.
You can request a return of unwanted product(s) within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please note that item(s) must be returned to us in their original (re-saleable) condition with all labels and additional supplementaries attached.
How To Return Your Unwanted Product(S)
- Please make sure that the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and that all labels are still attached to the products with the disposable seal. Please make sure to pack each garment separately in their original packaging.
- Please contact us via email at support@fayrey.com for return authorization PRIOR to any shipment back. Be sure to include the name on your order, the product code or the title of the item you wish to return, and a brief description of why you are returning the item. We will respond to your request with a return authorization email that will include our shipping address for returns. Please include your phone number in case we have difficulty contacting you by email.
- Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or credit will be processed promptly. We will apply the full amount paid for store credit, provided the items are in the condition described above. However, if a refund is preferred, there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the amount of original payment in addition to the shipping fee.
- The sender will bear the responsibility for any loss or damage to the package and/or items inside the package during the return shipment, so please insure accordingly and get proof of delivery.
- Please package your return properly, in a tear-proof and water-proof envelope, if using an envelope, and if possible, use all the original packaging.
- We reserve the right not to accept returns if an item was purchased by or on behalf of another designer, to the best of our knowledge.
- The item must be free of odors, such as perfumes or smoke, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns that are improperly packaged or uninsured may be refused receipt. We reserve the right to authorize exchange only for certain items or situations.
Product Descriptions
FAYREY attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, FAYREY does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is error-free. If a product received is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
