We ship orders Monday through Friday, via US Postal Service Priority Mail in most cases. Once your order is shipped, we will send confirmation and tracking information for your package to the email address you provided with your order.
Sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to Californian addresses.
International shipments may require you to pay import duties and taxes when they arrive in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information and applicable rates, if any.
Shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or store credit. Exceptions may apply for established customers returning items for store credit.
Packages that are refused or abandoned will not be eligible for any type of reimbursement or credit.
We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries which have a known high rate of lost or stolen packages, unless the customer expressly agrees to bear that risk at customer’s expense, in which case we will not be responsible for the shipment beyond proof of mailing.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from fayrey.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
